Every custom VONSÜSS hat begins as a collaboration. Some pieces are simple and timeless. Others become more sculptural, sentimental, or detailed — built around a material, a story, or an idea we develop together in the atelier.
Pricing depends on material, shape, and finishing details. Our custom generally start at $850, with final pricing confirmed after your consultation. Most custom hats take four to six weeks; signature pieces or specialty materials may take one to three months.
